Chrisalis Services is a Personal and Business Support Service company based in York, North Yorkshire and is owned and run by Lisa Hogg. 

Lisa has over 20 years experience in Secretarial, Administration, Event Management and Design Services and brings to the company a wealth of business knowledge in areas such as Finance, Company Secretarial, Sales & Marketing, Design and the Property Development industry.

After graduating in 1988, from the Oxford & County Business College in Oxford, Lisa was awarded a one-year Scholarship to New York to work for the Managing Director of a well known British Bank on Wall Street. Returning from New York after a very successful and enjoyable year, Lisa worked in the financial district of London for ten years as a PA and Office Manager to Directors & Chief Executive Officers of various large institutions.

Moving to York allowed Lisa to not only start her own company, Chrisalis Services in 2006 offering Secretarial & Business Support services to local, national and international businesses through a remote and virtual business support system but to concentrate on her family.

Lisa married Chris Hogg in 2002 and they have a wonderful little boy called Oliver, aged 5.  Lisa also has three fantastic step children, Jason (18), Kieran (14) and Ashleigh (11) and a cute but mad Cavalier King Charles called Bailey.
