Lisa graduated from the Oxford & County Business College in Oxford 1988, where she was awarded a 1st Class Diploma and one-year Scholarship to New York on the Mountbatten Internship Programme.  After returning from Wall Street in New York, where she worked for the Managing Director and Associate Director of a well known UK High Street Bank, Lisa worked in the financial district of London for ten years as a PA and Office Manager to Directors and Chief Executive Officers of various large institutions.

Returning to York in 2000, Lisa decided to change her career from the financial world and joined Hogg the Builder, a local but well known Property Developer, working within their Sales & Marketing Department, assisting the Marketing Director with the day to day running of the Sales Team.  She there met her future husband and between them decided to start their own Property Development Company Chrisalis Homes (York) Limited in 2002.

Lisa decided to start Chrisalis Services after returning from work after having her son, Oliver and has never looked back.  She thoroughly enjoys working with individuals and businesses alike and is extremely professional and unbelievably quick at completing projects and tasks.  Her wealth of knowledge in a wide range of sectors has contributed to her success story.

Lisa's clients vary from different sectors and they all seem absolutely delighted at the service she offers, so much so, she has received several offers of full-time employment.  Lisa helps her clients not only complete their day to day work commitments but relishes in achieving their long term goals.  She is their Business Support Manager and she could be yours too...
